Though your rough sketches or finished artwork are always welcome, they're certainly not necessary. Our artists can turn your sketch on a napkin into an exceptionally detailed rendering tailored to the unique medium of embroidery or metal.

Our in-house artists can take whatever reference materials you supply and turn them into a custom patch or lapel pin design to meet your exact specifications. If you would like a specific image on your patch, such as a corporate or municipal logo, vehicle, or fire apparatus, we do request that you provide a high-resolution digital image, photograph, or camera-ready art to ensure complete accuracy in our reproduction. We have access to millions of images ready to incorporate into your design, and our artists can research your local area for pictures of landmarks to use also.

To create custom patches and lapel pins featuring extraordinary depth and detail, our graphic artists first produce an actual size computer rendering of your design. This drawing is then emailed to you for approval. You will be encouraged to suggest any changes that you'd like us to make.

Once your final artwork is developed and approved, we'll move on to the Sample Stage, where we'll make an actual sample of your project. We will send it to you by email for your approval. Actual samples are also available, but they will delay the production process slightly. If you need a sample in hand just let us know. We will be happy to accomodate you.
